Just a quick update to verify my continued status among the breathing:
I'm in Halifax at present, and will be for the next several days. Suggestions for ways to amuse myself are welcome.
My sister's wedding went off with only the expected hitch. She and her new husband were both serene through the whole thing. I'd arrived in town early to help with last-minute errands, but that proved to be (mostly) unnecessary. I have many cool cousins who I don't see enough of.
